2.1 Visiting the Sites
When you load a page, our servers and content delivery network process your IP address and technical data about the request.
- Purpose: to deliver the Sites and keep them secure.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Retention: at most 12 months.
2.2 Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. It is required to subscribe.
- Purpose: to send you the Sehkai newsletter.
- Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to us, without affecting processing carried out before.
- Retention: until you unsubscribe, or 3 years after your last interaction with our emails. After you unsubscribe, we keep your address only to make sure we don't email you again, and a record of your consent for as long as needed to prove it.
2.3 Spam protection
When you submit the newsletter form, Google reCAPTCHA processes data about your device and your interaction with the page.
- Purpose: to protect the newsletter form against spam and abuse.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the form and our mailing list (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Retention: we do not store this data.
2.4 Contacting us
If you email us, we process your email address and your message.
- Purpose: to reply to you.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering requests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Retention: up to 3 years after your request has been handled.
2.5 Third-party resources
To display the Sites, your browser loads some resources from third-party content delivery networks, which receive your IP address.
- Purpose: to display the Sites.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in displaying the Sites correctly (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Retention: we do not store this data.
